Rapid List — Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Who we are

Rapid List is published by Max’s Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 82 002 434 577), trading as Talk and Type, in New South Wales, Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What you are getting

Rapid List is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on the Apple devices you own or control, in the ordinary way the App Store allows.

If you got the app through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s own Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of it.

Your lists are yours

We do not own, licence, claim or use your content. Your lists are stored on your device and, if you have iCloud sync switched on, in your own iCloud account. We have no servers and no access to your lists.

Because your lists are in your iCloud rather than with us, keeping them is a matter between you and Apple. You can also export any list as a markdown file at any time, and we recommend doing that if a list matters to you.

Sharing with other people

If you share a list, you decide who is invited and what each person can do. Anyone you give editing access to can change or delete things on that list — that is the point of sharing, so invite people accordingly. We are not a party to what you and the people you invite do with a shared list.

Using it sensibly

Do not use Rapid List to break the law, to store or share unlawful content, or to interfere with the app, Apple’s services, or anybody else’s use of either.

What we do and do not promise

We work hard to make Rapid List reliable, and we test it before every release. We cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of faults, and much of what makes it work — iCloud, your device, your network — is not ours.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to supplying the app to you again, or to the amount you paid for it — which for Rapid List is nothing.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.

Ending it

You can stop using Rapid List at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app, or stop supporting an older version of it, but we will not reach into your device or your iCloud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
